The problem
Total Spraybooth Care services spray booths across the country. The work was real; the system holding it together wasn't — jobs booked by email, schedules in a calendar, compliance paperwork scattered across tools that didn't talk.
Nobody could answer a simple question — what's overdue, who's on site today, what's ready to invoice — without opening five things and hoping they were current. We built one platform that runs the whole operation, following a single thread from first call to final invoice.
01 · The front door
Everything starts as a ticket.
A client logs an issue — or a scheduled service comes due — and it lands in one live queue, tagged to a site and a specific booth.

02 · Into the field
A ticket becomes a job — and a job finds a technician.
Each ticket spawns a job card that moves through clear stages. When it's allocated, the technician gets a public link on their phone — no login, just the job in front of them.
03 · Captured once
One entry in the field updates everything.
The technician fills out the checklist on site. That single act closes the job, writes to the booth's permanent service history, and builds the invoice — no re-keying, nothing lost between systems.

The build
It didn't launch as all of this. It launched as a ticket queue and job cards — the two things that hurt most — and grew from there.
Discovery started by following real jobs from the first phone call to the final invoice, watching where things stalled. A working first version was in front of the team within weeks, and once they were running their day in it, what came next was decided by what they did with it — asset histories, the technician links, billing.
That's still how it works. The business changes, the crew finds a new edge case, and the platform changes with them. We built it, we host it, and we're still developing it.
In their words
“For the first time we can see the whole operation on one screen. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore.

What changed
From scattered to a single source of truth.
The whole operation, visible
Clients, job cards, tickets, assets, and billing in one platform — the live read on what's happening, the moment you log in.
A pipeline that moves itself
Every job flows through clear stages from allocated to invoiced, so nothing stalls and nothing gets missed.
Zero overdue services
Scheduled servicing and compliance tracked automatically — renewals surface before they lapse, not after.
Today
The questions that used to take five systems to answer — what's overdue, who's on site today, what's ready to invoice — now take one login.
