All plans include uptime monitoring, regular automated backups (stored offsite), security patches and software updates, content changes, and direct support from someone who knows your site. Plan scope varies based on the type and complexity of your website.

What happens if my site goes down?

We get alerted immediately and we're on it — usually before you or your customers even notice. Most issues are resolved within minutes. If something takes longer, we'll communicate clearly about what's happening and when it'll be resolved.

Can you maintain a site you didn't build?

Yes. We maintain sites we've built ourselves as well as sites built by others. We'll start with a health check to understand the current state of your site and get it to a good baseline before ongoing management begins. For WordPress sites specifically, we have a dedicated management service.

How quickly do you make content changes?

Typically within one business day. Send us the details — updated copy, a new image, changed pricing, a new team member — and we handle it. No need to log into your CMS or deal with it yourself.
